As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our supplier(s) to confirm the product is in stock and is available for immediate shipment. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you immediately and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for processing.
If the order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card or PayPal, the product will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available from the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.

We support DHL Express Shipping which cover upto 220 countries. We do not guarantee the delivery time.

Every 1kg over 7kg – 7,50$
All shipments will receive tracking number and is fully insured while in transit. All orders in weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We will contact you by email/phone regarding for any extra shipping charges.
VAT, duties, and local charges may be due at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your Backorder policy?
In the event that we don’t have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the items from the manufacturer within 2 weeks, we will notify you right away via e-mail, at which point we’ll let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship out the entire order once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped first, please contact us and let us know. Additional shipping costs will be applied in such cases.
All back ordered item(s) will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item(s).
